DIRECTIONS: 1. Surfaces should be clean and dry. Cut off tip of cartridge. 2. Attach nozzle, cut at 45 degree angle at desired point and insert cartridge into a caulking gun. 3. Apply a continuous 1/16″ to 1/4″ (2 to 6 mm) bead to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes. Assemble parts immediately while silicone is still wet. Finger tighten until material begins to squeeze out around flange. 4. Let dry for one hour then tighten to torque specifications. Allow 24 hours to fully cure before filling with fluids or returning to service. 5. To reuse package, leave 1/2″ length of material extended from nozzle; cured material will form a protective plug. To reuse, carefully remove the plug and dispense as before. NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline
