Directions: This product is designed to repair small holes in all plastic and metal radiator tranks. The repair material is designed to harden in about 2 hours. Read all directions before beginning repair. Repairs can be made ideally at temperatures from 50°F to 75°F. 1. Make sure engine has cooled completely before beginning repairs; never open a hot radiator. Remove radiator cap. 2. Wash hands so they are free of direct, oil , grease and rust to prevent contaminatiion of the material and the damged area. 3. Sand the area around the damaged area with sandpaper provided. 4. Carefully clean all surfaces around the hole using alcohol swab provided. Allow to dry. 5. Cut of the amount of material needed for the repair (atleast 1/4 stick). Use only enough material to fill the hole and cover a 1/2″ wide area around the outside of the hole. Knead the repair material until it is uniform in both color and consistency. 7. Form the radiator repair plug into the shapr of a cone and firmly push the pointed end into the hole. 8. Flatten the excess material formly and uniformly around the hole, conforming to the metal or plastic surface. 9. Wait 2 hours. Refill radiator with coolant/water if necessary. 10. Check radiator periodically to ensure that the leak has stopped.
