- Drain or reduce fluid level below damaged area.
- Remove all fluids, film, tar, grease, oil etc. From repair surface.
- Thoroughly roughen, clean, and dry all surfaces to be repaired.
- Sand one inch beyond the damaged area with enclosed sandpaper. For cracks that may continue to creep, drill small hole at both ends.
- Cut fiberglass reinforcement cloth to cover damage (for small nicks or chips fiberglass reinforcement cloth may not be required).
- Mix two-part epoxy pouch as follows:
For repairs using the WHITE only:
- Firmly apply pressure to lower half of two-part epoxy pouch to burst center seam.
- Knead contents together until mixture is uniform in color (mix for at least 1 minute).
- Cut corner of mixed epoxy pouch and pour epoxy into package tray and go to step #7 below.
For repairs using the ALMOND:
- Cut corner of almond dye pouch and pour into package tray.
- Firmly apply pressure to lower half of two part epoxy pouch to burst center seam.
- Knead contents together until mixture is uniform in color (mix for at least 1 minute).
- Cut corner of mixed epoxy pouch and pour epoxy into package tray with almond dye and mix together with provided brush until uniform almond color is achieved. Go to step #7 below.

- Spread the epoxy mixture in a uniform layer with brush on the area.
- Place fiberglass over damaged area.
- Spread the remaining mixture over the fiberglass with brush until completely saturated.
- Taper the edges of the repair area beyond the fiberglass. REPAIR IS NOW COMPLETE.
