Permatex Surface Prep Activator for Anaerobic speeds cure of Permatex® Threadlockers, Thread Sealants, Retaining Compounds, and Anaerobic Gasket Makers by 50% and increases threadlocker strength. Permatex Surface Prep is recommended to use during cold weather. This general-purpose solvent for cleaning and preparing parts and surfaces. Level 1
